I paid in crypto and the booking didn't confirm

Which coins can I pay with?

Where do I find a booking I've made?
Sign in and open My bookings in your account. Have the booking reference from there ready if you need to write to us about it.
Can I change the name on a ticket?
It depends on the airline. Many allow a spelling correction but not a transfer to another person. Send the booking reference and the name exactly as it appears on the passport, and we'll check what that airline allows.
Can you plan a multi-city or group trip?
Yes — that's what the concierge is for. Send a request with your dates, route and group size, and a specialist will come back with an itinerary and a quote.
