Refunds return in the coin you paid, at the rate locked when you booked — so a price move between booking and cancellation does not change what you get back. Most land within an hour.

• Arrive within your 30-minute slot window. Late arrivals are usually accommodated but not guaranteed on busy evenings.
• Bags larger than a standard backpack are not allowed, and there is no cloakroom.
• Children under 6 enter free but still need a ticket in the booking, so the venue's headcount matches.
